Wayground Troubleshooting Instructions for Students:

Below are some troubleshooting steps for students who have successfully set up Wayground using either Option 1 or Option 2, as described above, but are experiencing issues using the application.

1. The Wayground app is not loading the quiz.
   • Please exit the app and relaunch it from your phone’s home screen.
2. I do not see my quiz in the app:
   • Please make sure you are in the “Activity” tab. If you still do not see the quiz, please exit the app and relaunch it from your phone’s home screen.
3. I do not see the option to join a class:
   • Navigate to “Classes” tab at bottom.
   • Click on “Join a class”
   • Enter the class code provided by the school staff.
