Exam Registration Guide

Bay Area CNA School Guide to the Credentia Exam

Follow these steps to register and schedule your Bay Area CNA School Credentia exam through the CNA365® Platform. For more in-depth information, visit the Credentia Help Center, or download the Credentia Handbook.

Create a CNA365® Account
  • Go to Credentia’s CNA365 login page.
  • Click Sign Up and fill out the registration form with your name, email, and password.
  • Check your email for a confirmation link and click it to activate your account.
Submit Your Application
  • Log in and click Start New Application.
  • Select your eligibility route (e.g., graduate of a state-approved training program).
  • Upload required documents such as training completion certificate and ID.
  • Review all sections carefully and click Submit — you’ll receive an email once approved.
Schedule Your Exam

Once approved, go to the Exam Schedule section, click Register for Exam, and choose Written or Oral for your written portion, plus Skills.

Oral Exam
  • Delivered via MP3 player with headphones at the test center
  • 60 multiple-choice questions read aloud (each repeated twice)
  • 10 reading comprehension questions (words repeated 3 times)
  • 2 hours to complete; must pass both parts
Written Exam
  • Paper-pencil or online format
  • 70 multiple-choice questions, written in English
  • 2 hours to complete
  • Requires strong English reading comprehension

Select your preferred delivery method: Online or Test Center.

Choose Your Exam Slot
  • Use filters to search by date, location radius, or your training program’s test center code.
  • Browse available slots and select your preferred date and time.
  • Click Add to Cart to reserve your spot.
Complete Payment
  • Go to your cart and review your exam selection.
  • Pay using credit/debit card, PayPal, or enter a voucher code if provided by your school.
  • Click Pay Now or Schedule Now to finalize.
Receive Confirmation
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your exam details.
  • Review instructions carefully and prepare for your exam day.
