Bay Area CNA School Refund & Transfer Policy
This Bay Area CNA School refund and transfer policy explains what you’re eligible for based on how far out you are from your program’s start date. If you’re weighing a transfer, see our Class Schedule for upcoming session dates.
Refunds
Eligibility decreases as your start date approaches. If you cancel your enrollment, here’s what you’ll receive:
More than 4 weeks before start
A full refund of all fees you have paid.
Within 4 weeks, up to 2 weeks before start
A refund of all fees paid, minus the $400 registration fee.
Within 2 weeks of, or after, program start
No refund can be provided.

Transfer Policy
Transferring from one program to another.
More than 2 weeks before program start
We can transfer without any charges, as long as a seat is available in the desired class.
Within 2 weeks of program start
A transfer fee of $500 will be applicable.
After program start date
You’ll need to re-enroll in the new class — no refund for the previous class’s tuition.
If you transfer and then cancel, your refund will be processed after deducting the applicable transfer and/or cancellation charges, based on the dates from your original enrollment.
