Wayground Setup Instructions

Bay Area CNA School uses Wayground for module quizzes. Pick one of the two options below to get set up — you only need to complete one.

Option 1 · Preferred
Using the Wayground app

Download and install the Wayground app from your device’s app store.

Wayground Troubleshooting

For students who have successfully set up Wayground using either option above, but are running into issues using the app.

?When I input the join code, it says “invalid.” What should I do?

Make sure you are not entering the code on the “Join game” screen. Navigate to the “Classes” tab after logging in, click “Join a class,” and enter the class code there. See the screenshots in the instructions above.

?The Wayground app is not loading the quiz.

Exit the app and relaunch it from your phone’s home screen.

?I do not see my quiz in the app.

Make sure you are in the “Activity” tab. If you still do not see the quiz, exit the app and relaunch it from your phone’s home screen.

?I do not see the option to join a class.
  • Navigate to the “Classes” tab at the bottom.
  • Click “Join a class.”
  • Enter the class code provided by the school staff.
