After → 2 months 3rd Installment

In short: your first payment is due 1 week before class starts, then 1 month after, and a final payment 2 months after start.

Steps to Use the Installment Option

  • 01If the class offers a payment plan, you’ll see an option that says “Pay deposit now with a payment plan.” It will also show your payment due dates.
  • 02Register using this option and pay the deposit only. If enrolling within a week of program start date, your 1st installment is automatically added to the deposit payment.
  • 03For remaining installments, your card on file will be automatically charged. To cancel auto-pay, email us — you’ll then be responsible for making payments on or before due dates. Late payments may result in a late fee and/or cancellation from the program.
  • 04There’s a 2% convenience fee for card payments. Pay by cash or check in office to avoid it.
Important: if you enroll within one week of the program start date, the first installment will also be due at the time of your initial deposit.

Cancellation While on a Payment Plan

If a student cancels their enrollment while on a Payment Plan:

All installments already due must still be paid, even if the student withdraws before making them.
All future installments remain due according to the original payment schedule.
Refund eligibility (if any) is calculated only after all required installments have been paid, per our Refund Policy.
