The skills portion of the CNA exam is also managed by Credentia and typically takes 20 to 25 minutes to complete. Candidates are advised to arrive 30 minutes early. However, arrival time doesn’t determine when you’re tested—Credentia uses a pre-set order list, so you could be tested first, last, or somewhere in between. Be ready to stay at the site for 1 to 5 hours total. On the day of the test, eat a light but energizing breakfast to stay focused and avoid discomfort during testing.
